Construction:
Liberty Hydraulic Equipments Pvt Ltd. Presses are designed for maximum efficiency, and are of steel welded construction with high grade steel platens. They are precision machined and are manufactured under strict quality control.
Cylinders of these pressed are made out of solid forge M.S. Shafting's and Rams are made out of EN 8 Rounds with Grinding and Hard Chrome Plating.
Use:
Satish Presses come in various tonnage capacities for coining of different metals such as Gold, Silver, Copper, Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Mild Steel.
The presses can be supplied from 25 To 500 tonnes capacity or even more as per individual requirements.
Standard Equipments:
The presses are supplied as complete units fitted with High Pressure Pump with Electric Motor, Pressure Gauge, Air Gauge, Limit Switch, Control Valve, Starter Oil tank(without oil), Micro switch, Roller Switch, etc.
